 Project Blue Light

Greater Houston C.O.P.S. is asking for you to show your support to "Project Blue Light" by placing a blue light in a window in your home or business.  Keep the blue lights burning constantly to remind everyone that law enforcement officers serve and protect every day, every minute, and every second of the year.

On a personal note ............... The light in our window shines all year long.  Once we put it up, we just couldn't take it down.

Blue Ribbon Campaign

Greater Houston C.O.P.S. encourages the public and law enforcement personnel to tie blue ribbons to their car antennas during National Police Week.  The blue ribbons are a reminder to the public that many law officers have already paid the ultimate price and given their lives in the line of duty.  It is also to honor those officers who are in the communities every day, every minute and every second, year in and year out, putting their lives on the line for citizens of those communities.  Any strip of royal blue ribbon will work.

Wave the Blue!        24-7-365

On a personal note ................. We don't limit the blue ribbon campaign to National Police Week only.   We have a blue ribbon on our car antennae year round as do all our family and friends.   If you need blue ribbons, contact:  cathyjhill@sbcglobal.net
